This recipe is a new and fresh way to eat a down home dish like macaroni salad. In my recipe I use whole wheat elbow macaroni.
Bring water to a boil with salt in the water. This is the only time that you would be able to season your noodles. Once your water has come to a boil place your noodles in the water. Leave noodles in for about 10 to 12
minutes. You do Not want to over cook the noodles. For quick cooling Please hot noodles in icewater to stop the cooking process. Drain off noodles thoroughly. Once this is done you can place cold ingredients in the macaroni.
You will need:
Mrs Dash No Salt Garlic and herb
Pink Himilayan salt
Black Ground Pepper
Celery chopped up
All ingredients above use to your liking
I used choooed chicken breast
Two boiled eggs
